Fusion Health and Wellness was established in 2012 by owner David Rubenfeld. First opening up as a successful multidisciplinary clinic in a retail location, Fusion Health and Wellness transitioned to a home based clinic for the past several years and most recently re-opened at our new location on Henderson Highway. David strives to create an environment that supports and promotes a healthy and happy way of life.
